DreamBank was created by American Family Insurance, and is an inspirational community destination and digital experience, dedicated to supporting Dreamers everywhere. Working closely with DreamBank, my tasks have a wide range, including creative concept design for events and programs, developing digital animations for social, creating digital promotional materials, and designing motivational print pieces.

As the lead designer for the Signature Series brand, I was involved in multiple creative projects including designing new print and digital materials, concepting and attending photo shoots, and overseeing pieces designed by others to make sure they were following brand standards. After becoming the brand lead, the look and feel evolved into a much cleaner, brighter, and contemporary style. I worked closely with art directors to create a balanced primary and secondary color palette, and created print materials that reflected updated brand standards.

American Family Insurance is one of Firepower Creative's biggest clients, and the design work is completed with strong knowledge of the AmFam brand. Projects have consisted of agent marketing materials, postcards, flyers, social media images and animations, brochures, and billboards just to name a few.

In my position as the Lead Graphic Designer, I helped launch the Graber brand into a new era. Before I took on the role, Graber went through a brand refresh, which left me responsible for taking what new changes were implemented and running with the creative. I worked to bring fresh life to product sample books, brochures, flyers, emails, and all other materials needed.

Gilda's Club Madison is a non-profit that provides emotional, social, and psychological support to anyone living with cancer, along with their families, friends, and caregivers. This makes designing for Gilda's special and impactful. Projects include designing fundraising event materials, advertising flyers, postcards, digital booklets and digital ads.

The Design Ink program, exclusive to Signature Series by Budget Blinds®, provides a truly unique opportunity to create custom fabrics. For the 2018 launch, I created a fun yet sophisticated brand identity for the program, designing the logo, color palette, icons, sampling brochure, and web page for the dealer portal. I also photographed the fabrics, showcasing their vibrance and elegance. The photography is a large part of the brand identity because it is used to inspire both franchisees and customers. You will find it is widely used across the designs.
Role – Technical Layout Design
In 2019 I had the opportunity to freelance for National Geographic. I was the production artist for pages 130 through 142 the 11the Edition World Atlas, which provides information on the flags and facts of the world’s nations. The project gave me insight to the press-ready quality needed for large print jobs, and it was a real treat to work alongside the brilliant minds at National Geographic.

Logos are the essence of a brand, and it's one of my favorite elements of design. I design with the client's vision in mind, and aim to make logos stand out and resonate with the target audience.
